•For all lash services, we ask that you come with a clean, makeup free face. •You must have at least 50% of your lash extensions in tact to be considered a lash fill. Less than 50% will be charged as a full set. •We ask that if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment that you give at least a 24-hour notice. The day of cancelation will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment. •Please arrive at your appointments at least 5 minutes early •Please give the salon notice if you are running late. If you are 15 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time, we may need to cancel your appointment and reschedule for another day. •No call. No shows will automatically be charged 50% of the missed appointments. •Repeat offenders will be banned from online booking and will only be allowed to make day of appointments with payment in full at the time of booking.
